In Science this term we are looking at health and growth. In the last week we are having a quiz called 'Guess the Baby' and we would like a baby photo of all the children that we can scan in to the computer. We will then have a quiz to guess who the baby is. We promise to look after the pictures and will send them back home safely. We need 1 photo of each child which should be given to the teacher secretly on any day.

In maths this week we ahave been learning how to read information from block graphs, and how to draw them ourselves. These two pieces of work by Mai and Rayan are block graphs showing our favourite subjects at school. Which subject was the most popular?

We have been looking at poems this week. Here is some excellent work by Muhammad, Jwhara and Tafari based on the poem by Micheal Rosen called Noses. Ours are all about hands, and they are very funny!!!

Just like Tesco on Church Street we have a fantastic new shop in our classroom. There are lots of things to buy and we are looking forward to using the plastic money to practice adding amounts and working out change too.
